Floor Screeding Systems Introduction

We operate floor screeding in partnership with our supply chain to create mutually beneficial working relationships and a shared vision to improve and adapt the joint services we provide to all our end customers. This involves third party aggregate and cement suppliers, as well as specialist insulation, acoustic and underfloor heating solutions, working closely with the supply chain to look at alternative and more efficient and cost effective systems to meet our customer requirements.

CSC Screeding run regular and structured workshops with all our key suppliers, reviewing service level agreements, pricing policies and planned product innovations. This forms an integral part of our own development roadmap and investing in this process, enables our managers to drive performance and deliver better customer results. An overview of some of the standard floor screeding technical details on typical product manufacturers details are outlined below.

Please note: The data below is provided as a starting point and will vary dependent on site conditions, product selection and working methods, you should always check the latest product data sheets directly from the manufacturer and consult with professionals to ascertain suitability for your projects.

Cemfloor is a high-performance cement based, free flowing, self-compacting liquid screed. It can be installed quickly up to 2000m2 per day saving time, foot trafficked in 24-48 hours and dries with minimal drying shrinkage (<0.05%).

Cemfloor is a specially formulated additive that is used to create self levelling cementitious floor screeds.  With the addition of Cemfloor the screeds performance is increased significantly and can be applied to a wide range of floors.

Cemfloor binder is simply mixed with cement, water and a suitable sand to create a high performance screed which complies with EN13813.

Downloads

LongFloor is a limestone based binder containing specially selected additives.  When mixed with cement, sand and water it produces a free-flowing cementitious screed.

It is suitable for all types of flooring applications.

LongFloor will be suitable to receive non-moisture sensitive floor finishes between 7-14 days.  Underfloor heating systems can be turned on after 10 days and the system gradually brought up to operating temperature.

Delivered by concrete truck mixer. Flow range 260-280mm – very free flowing /self levelling but low water/cement ratio.

Downloads

Topflow Screed A is a pump-applied, free-flowing floor screed suable for most applications, including underfloor heating.

It is designed to provide a smooth level surface in both commercial and domestic buildings prior to the application of floor finishes.

Topflow Screed A can be used bonded, unbonded or floating.  It is particularly suitable for use with underfloor heating.
