Our Estimating Team handles your initial inquiry, whether it's a small home project or a large hotel venture. They meticulously analyse drawings, calculate materials, labour, equipment, and supervision needed, leveraging strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing.

The Operations Team coordinates material deliveries to your site before our team arrives, ensuring a smooth project kick-off. They maintain constant communication with our team and your site staff, adjusting plans and ordering extra materials as needed. Each day, they brief our team on tasks and provide essential information.

The Management Team at CSC is hands-on, overseeing projects and staying informed about industry trends. They promptly update company processes to comply with new regulations.

Assisting the Management Team, our Administration Team ensures compliance by monitoring accreditations and updating details for continuous certification.

CSC Screeding are members of Constructionline, CHAS and Builders Profile where a predefined Health & Safety questionnaire is pre-completed and our clients have direct access to the information. Documents contained in the pre-qualification system are updated throughout the year, ensuring continued compliance. We have focused on developing the business through constant innovation, implementation and collaboration.

We were an early adopter of FORS – gaining Bronze accreditation – as we recognised this would become more widely requested on construction sites.

We are now ready for the business to grow with the increasing demand.
