The Screed Scientist® visits Parliament

Our managing director, Spencer Warner, a.k.a “The Screed Scientist®” was invited by the National Home Improvement Council to a parliamentary meeting. The topics for the luncheon related to the Smart Home initiatives from British Gas and the opportunities to reduce carbon emmissions through better standards in glazing, presented by the Glass and Glazing Federation.

To sum up The Rt Hon Nick Raynsford stated that one of the big issues around radically changing the publics acceptance for home improvements was to provide better training to all the trades concerned.

CSC Screeding fully endorses this idea and has already begun an initiative to improve the standards of training through the provision of quality information and training materials relating to floor screeding.
