FlexiDry Fast Drying Screed systems have enhanced our opportunities in the market place by providing ultra reliable dry times, easy compaction, higher strength, better thermal conductivity on underfloor heating systems, clean, low volume liquid additive making logistics easy and no need for polythene curing, to name just a few of the benefits.
In fact, recent prism testing has proven a strength gain of approximately 25% over traditional screeds using the same mix volume. FlexiDry gives a better dispersion of cement paste using approximately 35% less water, benefiting from an improved water / cement ratio to achieve plastic consistency. The benefit gives the advantage of less shrinkage and creating an improved molecular structure.
We have the ability to offer a floor screed that will deliver every time and with our rigorous testing service, we are pleased to publish 100% reliability on dry times of 3, 7, 14 & 21 days respectively using FlexiDry F0, F1, F2 and F3.
