It would appear that there is a vast amount of confusion in the market place over product quality standards and quite often questions are asked with the best intentions but without fully understanding the categorisation.
We are often asked if FlexiDry has a BBA Certificate and respond to the fact that floor screeds under M10 specification fall in the non-critical category and therefore not required. However EC Conformity Documents confirm quality control and refer to BS8204 and any relevant codes of practice.
