CSC raises its profile and scores a win double

CSC Screeding Ltd have focused on business inprovement over the last year and managed to receive positive recommendations for ISO9001:2008 (latest standard) and Investors in People within the same week. We are delighted with the result and have further implemented an electronic document management system named internally as 360. This gives us a complete view of all enquiries, projects, contacts, giving us a better knowledge and all our employees can see the status and relevant business process.
We will now focus on getting to know the real granular detail across our entire customer base and adapt to each customers individual requirements.
Our main objective is to give an ‘Easy Customer Experience’ and become the recognised brand for floor screeding projects across the whole of the UK and Ireland.
