360 degree vision – Knowing Our Customers

CSC Screeding Ltd have signed up for Workspace IX from Union Square Software providers.
The product will hold all company information in one database serving as an intranet and extranet. Workspace will give us a 360 degree vision of all customers, projects and enquiries, ensuring that all members of staff with the relevant access, can see exchanges of all documents giving better insight. The objective will give us a better knowledge and understanding, in order to provide the best possible service to individual clients and fits perfectly with ISO9001.
The implementation will take approximately three months and we look forward to going live.
