All our operatives are put through training of all systems prior to starting work with us – Health and Safety of our staff, operatives and the general public is very high in our priorities.
Our operatives are in constant contact with our Operations Team – advising when more materials are required on site, if there are any variations to specification – the continuous communication between the teams ensures that the projects run in a smooth and timely manner.
Our supervisors and managers carry out the day to day activities required to ensure smooth running of projects, such as site audits, checking materials are ordered and delivered in time, attending logistic meetings with our client’s project team, reviewing and resolving any technical issues that arise. As well as ensuring the teams are fully up to date with all aspects of Health & Safety – including PPE and Tool Box Talks

The estimating team receive your initial request – whether your enquiry is for a small amount of screed in your home or a hotel with 100’s of rooms, our team will calculate the amount of materials required and, through the close relationship we have with our suppliers ensuring the best prices, provide you with a quotation.
The operations team will arrange for the materials to be delivered to your site ahead of our operatives to ensure no delays on the start of your project – they stay in constant contact with the operatives throughout the duration of your project, ordering additional materials if required, amending plans if any variations arise. On a daily basis they are instructing our operatives with the next days tasks and passing on all required information.
The management team are very ‘hands on’ at CSC and as well as over seeing the projects, they keep a close eye on what is happening within the construction industry and will adapt the companies processes to comply with any new rules and regulations.
The administration team assist the management team with compliance – monitoring all accreditations and updating details when required to ensure continued certification.

CSC Screeding are members of Constructionline, CHAS and Builders Profile where a predefined Health & Safety questionnaire is pre-completed and our clients have direct access to the information. Documents contained in the pre-qualification system are updated throughout the year, ensuring continued compliance. We have focused on developing the business through constant innovation, implementation and collaboration.
We were an early adopter of FORS – gaining Bronze accreditation – as we recognised this would become more widely requested on construction sites.
We are now ready for the business to grow with the increasing demand.
