IS IT RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

Traditional Floor Screed Advice

Standard cement / sand screeds are a layer of material laid in situ and consist of bonded, unbonded, floating and heated construction. The screeding system is used for obtaining a defined level to receive final floor coverings such as ceramics, stone, carpet, linoleum, wood flooring, etc

How quickly do you need to use your floor once the floor screeding has been completed? Most standard screeds (based on a typical 75mm depth) can take as long as 110 days to dry – far too long for most homeowners looking to complete their home improvement projects without too much delay.

But you don’t have to wait ages. You see, we use accelerated floor screeds, which dramatically reduces the time it takes for your floor screeding to be dry enough for the installation of floor finishes such as tiles, carpets or wooden flooring in as little as 24 hours

Our Accreditations

CSC Screeding are members of Constructionline, CHAS and Builders Profile where a predefined Health & Safety questionnaire is pre-completed and our clients have direct access to the information. Documents contained in the pre-qualification system are updated throughout the year, ensuring continued compliance. We have focused on developing the business through constant innovation, implementation and collaboration.

We were an early adopter of FORS – gaining Bronze accreditation – as we recognised this would become more widely requested on construction sites.

We are now ready for the business to grow with the increasing demand.
