Kudos to team CSC for three consecutive contracts for the prestigious Bulgari hotel!

June 2012

CSC is absolutely delighted to have completed three consecutive contracts for the maiden venture of Italian giants ‘Bulgari’ in Britain. The projects did not come without the challenges that can be expected of such high profile ventures. But, we are proud we could prove our mettle as evidenced by the flood of new contracts that ebbed in following these projects.

The Bulgari Knightsbridge Palace Hotel which is a statement of luxury and high end craftsmanship was equally demanding in terms of construction, and dictated exceptional levels of quality and workmanship. Thanks to our expert team, CSC could rise to the occasion and provide the perfect screeding solution tailored to meet the unprecedented needs of the projects.

CSC was handed the project for levels 7, 8 and 9 of the complex by main contractors Prime Ltd, as the earlier contractors were unable to cope with the height and other logistic issues presented by the project. Our team, who had been at work at the hotel site on another contract were strongly recommended to take over the challenging project following our diligence in carrying out two of the earlier contracts for the project. The earlier contracts were for 6000 s.m for ground floor to basement level 5 and 1250 s.m for basement level 6.

The hotel is due to open in 2012, in time for the London Olympics. Expected to be a visual treat with the finest of marble, wood and the Bulgari trademark silver bedecking the seven star hotel and apartment complex, and also being the first new luxury hotel in London in over four decade, it could well be among the list of London landmarks that tourist can expect to see on their sight-seeing tours to Britain.
