CSC completes the screeding for Imagine Spa, Hilton T5

Ensuring precision and attention to detail, CSC is proud to have delivered to the high quality requirements for the luxury spa for the new Hilton T5. We carried out the screeding for the steam rooms, laying the screed to falls and paying special attention that the screed is laid in such a way that all flowing water in the steam rooms are channelized to gulleys.
FlexiDry F0 was specifically chosen for the project to ensure high quality and durability as well as quick drying time for a project of this nature. The steam rooms being an area that is constantly exposed to high levels of moisture, it was essential to go for a highly durable moisture resistant screeding system. FlexiDry F0 provided the ideal solution, and was laid on moisture resistant polythene debonding membrane. The quick drying time of 3 days further facilitated the early installation of the final floor finish and aided the quick progress of the project.
The project was carried out for clients Hilton, on behalf of spa fit out contractors, Milk Leisure Ltd. Design drawings were followed, and unlike the usual standards of level followed for screeds, the screed was specifically laid with a slope while maintaining surface regularity.
The five star luxury day spa which is operated by Imagine spas features a salt grotto, ice fountain, aroma steam room and serail mud chamber, among its extensive facilities.
