Screed pumps in reserve and ready to go

At CSC Screeding we know that a job can go wrong for many reasons. To list a few: not enough sand or cement, lack of screed protection, dry time not respected, wrong specifications, datum levels missed and the list goes on. We can influence some of these issues but they are not always our responsibility. However when it comes to doing the actual screeding we have a stable of work horses that we have full control over, and these are the screed pumps.

Without these machines we could not exist and just to give you an example, we are currently screeding a tower block where the pump is on the ground floor and the actual screeders are on the 20th floor at the end of a 80m piece of hose. The entire project is over 15,000 sqm and in terms of productivity these Putzmeister 760s are at the business end of the industry.

Every job will have a screed pump assigned to it and heaven forbid should we have a “technical” problem where the job could be at risk if we have not done our homework. CSC Screeding continually invest and would now like to present Maria, seen below, who has just had her livery finished and is now on standby with our reserve pumps. British Airways have their spare jets on-call and we have the sturdy gals Maria, Cloe, Roxie and Gertrude, just to name 4, ready to mix and pump at a moments notice.
