CSC Screeding were engaged by Berkeley Group to carry out Calcium Carbide testing, on anhydrite screed with underfloor heating, throughout their development at Prince of Wales Drive.

This is an ongoing project and repeat visits are being made to carry out up to 10 tests per visit.  These tests measure the moisture content as a percentage by weight in the screed which assists the main contractor in planning when the floor finishes can be installed.

CSC Screeding are in constant communication with Berkeley Group to ensure the testing is booked in on required dates to ensure the continued smooth running of this project.
