CSC were engaged to install 20,000m2 of Isocrete K Screed over underfloor heating with various insulation and acoustic systems at Paddington Exchange, North Wharf Gardens, Paddington.
The project consisted of four tower blocks, ranging from eight to fourteen storeys high with a construction cost of £55 million.
A total of 150 new homes have been created offering a mixed tenure and commercial units are located on the ground floors.
A close collaboration between the dry lining, underfloor heating and CSC was critical to advance the project. CSC would install the polythene, acoustic layer, thermal insulation, dry liners would spray the wall locations for the underfloor heating contractor to place the pipe work and manifolds and then CSC return to compete the screed.
CSC worked very close with the Bouygues UK site team and delivered the Isocrete Screeding project to a high standard and handed over defect free.
