CSC Screeding secured the insulation and floor screeding package at the landmark High Wycombe development called Centre Square at Lily’s Walk for Inland Homes Plc.

This development consists of 240 new apartments, ranging from studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms, all set in the centre of town and just next door to Eden Shopping Centre. The chiltern line, railway station is located within a short walk giving access to London Marylebone Station in just about 30 minutes.

The project proceeded at quite a fast pace and at one point, we commissioned three screeding teams, installing over sixty tonnes of screed each day. Using only the best machinery, our Mörtel Meister Screed Pumps with hydraulic skip and remote scraper shovels, helped lighten the load for the pump operatives. We had a further preparation team keeping ahead with the DPM and Insulation systems keep ahead of the Screeders.

Working with the Inland Homes site team has been a pleasure and a good working relationship has been established. Feedback all the way through the project has remained positive and we thank the site team for they’re fantastic project management and organisation which has helped us to deliver the work in super quick time.

A good level of site housekeeping and organisation was meticulously maintained for which our site operatives fully appreciated the great standard of working conditions.
