The Estimating Team receive your initial enquiry – whether it’s a small domestic project or a hotel with 100’s of rooms, our team will undertake full take off measures from drawings, calculate the amount of materials, labour, plant and supervision required and, through the close relationships and volume purchasing with our suppliers, we ensure a competitive pricing structure.
The Operations Team will arrange for the materials to be delivered to your site, ahead of our operatives to ensure no delays on the start of your project – they stay in constant contact with the operatives and you site team throughout the duration of the project, ordering additional materials if required, amending plans if any variations arise. On a daily basis they are instructing our operatives with the next days tasks and passing on all required information.
The Management Team are very ‘hands on’ at CSC and as well as over seeing the projects, they keep a close eye on what is happening within the construction industry and will adapt the companies processes to comply with any new rules and regulations.
The Administration Team assist the Management Team with Compliance – monitoring all accreditation’s and updating details when required to ensure continued certification.
