8100sm of Floor Screeding at Heritage School

CSC Screeding Ltd have been awarded the Heritage School project, which is part of the Derbyshire Building Schools for the Future programme.
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a top underfloor heating contractor who are installing 8100sm of Underfloor Heating and FlexiDry F1 has been chosen as the preferred screeding system which will allow sensitive floor finishes to be installed after just seven days.
FlexiDry has proved to be a high performance system that offers a whole range of benefits, to which CSC Screeding have reached the highly advantageous ‘Approved Contractor Scheme’ status. FlexiDry Global Ltd have adopted a full knowledge share approach to maintain the quality of the product, in order to provide the perfect solution for the end user. FlexiDry works extremely well on underfloor heating and tests have shown that due to the increased density of the screed, thermal reaction to temperature change is faster.
