16,000sm of FlexiDry F1 at The Lancaster’s, Hyde Park

CSC Screeding Ltd have been awarded the prestige ‘Lancaster’s’ project opposite Hyde Park.
16,000sm of FlexiDry F1 will be installed to 77 luxury appartments at the landmark site, formally known as Lancaster Gate Hotel.
FlexiDry F1 allows foot traffick within 12 hours and final floor finishes can be installed within seven days of application.
Electric underfloor heating is being used to which FlexiDry will act as a good heat conductor.
