CSC Screeding Ltd are delighted to have screeded the Uxbridge College Project with Kier Group.

FlexiDry F2 / 14 day dry time, provided the perfect solution over underfloor heating to meet the limited timeframe available on this project.

Moisture testing was carried out after 14 days of installation to which positive readings were found. We further tested areas that had been installed just 9 days ago to which expectations were exceeded.

FlexiDry gives us a very reliable platform in which to secure contracts to which we can offer live testing.

CSC Screeding are pleased to have secured the Roca Art Gallery Project at Imperial Wharf, Chelsea.

FlexiDry F1 floor screeding system will be installed to approximately 1100sm and a levelling compound to produce a fine surface tolerance in readiness to receive a high end designer, decorative coating.

Work starts next week and we look forward to providing perfect delivery to our client.

Floor Screeding at Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford

CSC Screeding are delighted to have secured floor screeding works at the largest shopping centre in Europe, Westfield Shopping Centre at Stratford.

Westfield Shopping Centre at Stratford will provide approximately 1.9 million square foot of retail space.

FlexiDry F3 will provide a stable, fast drying, floor screeding system and allow the tiling to proceed in just a few weeks.

Work has now started and CSC Screeding have commisioned three screed pumps to site to get going.

Floor Screeding underway at North Ealing Primary School

FlexiDry Floor Screeds provide the perfect solution over underfloor heating and CSC Screeding are delighted to be working with Warmafloor GB Ltd.

The project consists of 1365sm of 75mm FlexiDry F1 floor screeding system which will provide a seven day dry time, allowing the quick installation of final floor finishes.

FlexiDry will act as an energy efficient heat conductor for the underfloor heating and in turn, reduces environmental impact.

Floor Screeding at Westminster Palace Theatre

CSC are delighted to have been awarded the Westminster Palace Theatre project and will be installing 2760sm of 10mm levelling compound which will provide a flat surface to take a thin section insulation and tile system.

Floor preparation starts on Monday 28th June where the existing substrate will have the aggregate exposed by way of dustless blast track, followed closely behind with the levelling floor screeding.

CSC has started the Christian Centre project at Milton Keynes for Mansell Group.

FlexiDry F3 Floor Screeds will provide the perfect floor screeding solution to meet the dry time requirements of the construction programme.

FlexiDry F3 will be dry enough for the application of resillient flooring after just 21 days, compared to standard screeds at 110 days.

We are delighted to have received positive feedback on the installation progress and look forward to further developing our working relationship.
