Policies
A policy is a deliberate plan of action to guide decisions and achieve rational outcome(s). This is an aspect of our business that we take very seriously and continually review our company policy on a number of fronts. At the top of our policy agenda is the constant need to manage and monitor compliance and training our workforce and recognise this as a vital aspect of our day – to – day action. CSC employ two full time Health & Safety Co-ordinators and external Health & Safety Inspectors to facilitate the high standards we demand.
We know we don’t act alone on site, so we ensure that we plan, implement and audit all our policy systems, co-ordinating the working interfaces with other contractors. Only through co-operation and control can we achieve zero accident rates, maintain high quality and performance standards, take sensible and responsible actions towards environmental issues, our conduct and behaviour, and our commitment towards perfect delivery.
