New Employee - Contracts Manager

We are looking forward to Mark Barnes starting on Monday 5th July 2010. Mark will have a responsible position as Contracts Manager and have a direct interface with our client site teams, being responsible for delivering successful floor screeding installations across the UK. This will involve project planning and resource, quality inspection and testing, communication between CSC site operatives and ensuring that all associated projects run smooth. Mark is very meticulous about planning and communication and we welcome Mark to the team. Best of luck, Mark.

Training - Digital Marketing

Managing Director, Spencer Warner has completed the Digital Marketing training course and commented on the shift into this media. Thanks to Russell Stone for delivering the course in a fashion that had all, fully engaged. The information shared will certainly help me to develop my business in this area and watch this space.

Training - Project Resource Planning and Management

Attila Hadju has joined CSC as Project Coordinator and will be allocating labour, plant and material to projects all over the UK and Ireland. This is a demanding role which requires an adaptive aptitude towards the ever changing, day to day site conditions. Managing Director, Spencer Warner found a training course at the New Bucks University that would enhance Attila’s capability, namely Project Planning and Resource Management. Attila was delighted at the offer of increasing his skill set and started the course on the 2nd February 2010. The course runs for thirteen weeks every Tuesday night for two hours.

CSC go live with 360 Document Control.

CSC have now gone live with 360 and all our staff have embraced the new document control system. The team have shown enthusiasm and excitement for which the software provider’s have complimented. This new system fullfills our growth strategy requirements which enables a 360 view of organisations, projects, enquiries and contacts. Our goal is to operate a paperless system and taking an active part in reducing our environmental impact.
