The managing director is known in the industry as the ‘Screed Scientist’ and often assists architects, consultants, specifiers, main contractors, specialist sub contractors, small builders and individual home owners on all aspects of floor screeding systems, performance, specification, technology, testing, etc. All questions can be answered on demand which has proven to be a real advantage to CSC Screeding Ltd.
As a specialist floor screeding contractor, our focus is on providing technical expertise, high quality installation and reliable performance and delivery. The overall business objective which is driven by the companies Managing Director, Spencer Warner, is to provide value for money floor screeding solutions across our entire customer base.
CSC mainly work as a sub-contractor for most of the National Main Contractors but are adaptable enough to work to the requirements of medium sized building contractors, under-floor heating specialists and smaller independent builders. We provide floor screeding services on a local basis for individual residential customers.
