From hospitality, transport, retail, health care and education to private homes and places of worship, CSC had the privilege to be part of a diverse range of screeding projects last year. The newest additions to our cultural portfolio were the Crawley Islamic Centre and Masjid-At-Taqwa, Leicester.
The CSC team carried out the screeding for the new floors of Crawley Islamic Centre and the Masjid At-Taqwa, which opened its doors for worshipers early this year. We installed fast drying floor screed FlexiDry F3 for nearly 380 sq.m of the renovated Crawley Islamic Centre building.
The F3 formulation of FlexiDry was specially chosen to get the screed ready for the final floor finish within a quick drying period of 21 days, as opposed to 110 days for traditional screeds. We are happy to have been able to deliver the project on time and on budget, and to very high quality standards.
The refurbished Community Centre building is a former church, which was earlier used by the Elim Pentacostal Church, Crawley. Nearly 500 people from across various faiths attended the opening ceremony which took place early in January.
